Youth Program - Ages 13-18

Back by popular demand! Paddling fun for youth 13-18 - what better way to spend some of your summer!!

This series is intended to provide a safe and fun place for youth to paddle and enjoy learning at the same time. There is no pressure to compete or train - just a focus on fun and developing a passion for paddling!

NOTE: Participants may drop-in to any of the above sessions. There is no requirement to attend all sessions. You are welcome at as many or as few of the sessions as you like.

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Time: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Dates: Wednesday, July 3 to Friday, August 30

* Come experience stand up paddle boards, sprint canoes, kayaks, dragonboats, outriggers, and recreational canoes.
* Learn some basic paddling techniques and/or improve your existing stroke
* Fun games and activities
* Paddling challenges and contests (such as kayak limbo!)
• Club Dragon Boat Race Tournament - weekend of August 24/25
• Wrap-Up Event - Friday, August 30 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm - races, games, and a BBQ

What does the program cost?

$200 + gst = $210.00

Youth Membership $100.00
PMPC Coaches $ 90.00
BBQ $ 10.00
