2018 Youth 13+ Paddling Series (Summer)

Continuing from the very successful spring series, we are very excited about our summer offerings!

We have divided our youth program into two groups. This series is intended for youth ages 13 and over.

Sessions begin on Tuesday, July 3 and go until Friday, August 31 as follows:
• Tuesdays from 4:30 - 6:00 pm
• Wednesdays from 4:30 - 6:00 pm
• Thursdays from 4:30 - 6:00 pm
• Club Dragon Boat Race Tournament - weekend of August 18/19
• Wrap-Up Event - Friday, August 31 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm - races, games, and a BBQ

Youth ages 13 and over with some paddling experience

<<< What does the program entail? >>>
Learn some basic paddling techniques and/or improve your existing stroke
Fun games and activities
Paddling challenges and contests (such as kayak limbo!)
Overall - this series is intended to provide a safe, fun place for youth to paddle and enjoy learning at the same time. There is no pressure to compete or train - just a focus on fun and developing a passion for paddling!

<<< What does the program cost? >>>
Total cost is $60, which includes: $50 Youth Membership + $2.50 for the Pitt Meadows Paddling Club + $7.50 program/BBQ fee
Cost for members is just $7.50 program/BBQ fee

NOTE: Participants may drop-in to any of the above sessions. There is no requirement to attend all sessions. You are welcome at as many or as few of the sessions as you like 😀
